Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Appointment Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. To serve all our patients effectively, we request that you inform us in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

a. Cancellation Window

• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without any charge.

b. Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of ₹[300] or forfeiture of any advance payment.

c. No-Shows

• If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the session will be marked as a No-Show, and no refund will be issued. Repeat no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

2. Refund Policy

a. Advance Payments

• If an appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.

b. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

• No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or for no-shows.

c. Package Refunds

• For prepaid packages (e.g., 5 or 10 sessions), unused sessions may be refunded or carried forward based on the following conditions:

  • Refunds for unused sessions are allowed within 15 days of purchase.

  • Sessions already used will be deducted at the full single-session rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • Refunds for packages paid via third-party offers or discounts may be subject to adjusted deductions.

d. Therapist Unavailability or Clinic-Initiated Cancellations

• If we cancel or reschedule your session due to therapist unavailability or clinic operational issues, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.

3. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

To cancel an appointment or request a refund:​

• Provide your appointment reference, name, and reason for cancellation.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to review each case individually. In exceptional medical or personal emergencies, we may issue full or partial refunds at our discretion, even outside the stated policy.

5. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
